A master and a disciple

In Satya yug, Thretha yug and Dwapara yug,whenever there was disruption,GOD manifested himself in various avatars to bring back normalcy.People were lucky enough to witness the spectacle.How many of them realized that the avatar was of GOD is a different question.But kali yug is different.The threat to mankind is due to the demon lying inside unlike in previous yugas where the demons are of external nature.How can we tame the inside demon? How can mankind cross the ocean of samsara by overcoming obstacles? God appointed Masters to guide, protect and help people cross the ocean called life.

                                               

Who is a master?

A master is one who preaches what he follows.

A master is one who is like a beacon of light for the sailing boat called mankind.

A master is one who goes an extra mile for your benefit.

A master is guiding force who upon utterance of his name protects you with thousand eyes.

A master is one who knows the details of your current and previous births. 

A master is one who evolves you as a soul to realize GOD by giving experiences,showing miracles,thus strengthening the faith.

What is the need of master?

Imagine you wanted to go to a destination for the first time in a car.You start the trip.All along you keep asking the roadside people of the directions and you will be anxious if you are going in the right direction or not.You may miss few exits.You may take the troublesome route due to lack of knowledge.You may be robbed by robbers in the night.Still there is no guarantee that you will reach the destination in time.

Imagine you have a GPS in the car.Imagine there is your friend who traveled to that destination already.Imagine you took a driver who knew the route.How easy the journey would be? How enjoyable the journey would be? 

A master is like that GPS.A master is like that friend.A master is like that driver who safely takes you to the destination.You may feel you are in driver seat due to maya but in reality he will be running the show.Once the reins are held by master,all you have to do is sit,relax and enjoy the country side view.He stands upfront and fights the battle on your behalf.All he asks you is to sit in peace,worship him as that would give the power to fight your battle.

How to find and serve the master?

When the time is ripe,a master finds you himself and pulls you to his flock of sheep due to past births relationship.If you yourself go in search of master,chances of coming across fake masters who are after pomp and show are high.But eventually,when the time is ripe,by the grace of the master,you may arrive at his door where you find peace.The correct way to worship the master is to surrender oneself completely and do what he says with unwavering faith and patience with a mindset that whatever he says is for your benefit.

The master and the karma theory

Any spiritual practitioner,any disciple comes across a common question i.e, If I have the grace of the master,why do I still suffer? Remember neither GOD nor the master interfere in your karma which is accumulated over past births.Karma is the nature policy which should be followed by everyone.But the master gives you strength to face the affects of past karma like dew drops on a lotus leaf.He helps reduce the intensity of the problems but still letting you face them to evolve you as a soul.Thus clearing your file of past karma,he lays foundation for the attainment of salvation in this birth or subsequent births.
